02 — How it works
Buying a website normally means committing on a quote and a mood board, then hoping. This runs the other way round: the site gets built first, and you decide once it exists.
What your business does, who you want walking through the door, and what the site actually has to earn its keep doing. No charge, no obligation, no jargon.
A real, working website — live on a real address, with your business in it. Not a mockup, not a slide deck, and not a stock template with your logo dropped on top.
If it’s right, you pay and I finish it with every change you ask for. If it isn’t, you owe nothing and you’ve spent a phone call. The risk sits with me, which is where it should sit.
Domain, hosting, SSL and security handled end to end — typically about a week from that first call. The domain is registered in your name and stays yours.
03 — The standard
That trade-off is deliberate. A site that looks and performs like an agency build, priced so an independent business can say yes to it without a long finance conversation. Every build includes the same things — there is no stripped-back tier where the fundamentals are the upsell.

04 — One point of contact
No account manager relaying your notes to a developer you’ll never meet, and nothing lost in translation between them. You explain your business once, to the person who is actually going to build it — and to the same person again in six months when you need something changed.
Available 24/7 — not a support window. A small business doesn’t only run into problems between nine and five, and you shouldn’t have to wait until Monday.
On a Care plan, anything that stops working is put right inside a day. Updates and changes are handled for you rather than left on your to-do list.
Salons, trades, clinics, shops — I haven’t found a trade I won’t take on. Tell me how you actually work and I build for that, rather than bending you to fit a layout.
Clean structure, schema markup and clear, quotable answers — so you rank on Google and get recommended by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini, where customers increasingly start looking.
The website is yours and so is the domain — you pay once to build it, and it belongs to you. Hosting, security and updates are looked after on your behalf, but there is no lock-in and no notice period: stop whenever you like and your files and domain details come with you.
